Return & Exchange Policy

At Canon Vogue, We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple 5 day return and exchange window.

5 Day Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and included accessories must be present.

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Personalized, customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, email us at CanonVogue@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return or exchange

  • Clear photos of the item, if applicable

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide you with the next steps and return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as Canon Vogue is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are generally non refundable.

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Our team will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.
